Exchange and Return Policy

At Prince and Queen, customer satisfaction is our priority. Customers have the right to exchange or return products in the following cases:
1. If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage.
2. If the product does not match the displayed specifications.
3. Within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Exceptions:
– Products that have been used or lost their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Perishable items cannot be returned.

We are committed to repairing, replacing, or refunding the product in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law.
